I started getting darker and darker since I started using both the fair and white products, meanwhile I've been using it ever since. It was my first time ordering from you. My face became very dull, uneven and rough. My feet got so dark and my whole body too.
I don't know what happened...
The customer service of this brand is atrocious. After finding out the presence of controversial parabens in these products, I reached out immediately after placing the order for cancellation of my purchase. They ignored my emails and proceeded to ship out the order.
Now, after a week of emailing the support email for help with the return process, I was completely ignored.
I found out about their chat support and connected with the representative Veronica. She responded at first, and the moment I asked for a return she sent a message asking me to confirm if I actually wanted to return, and manually disconnected me from the chat without waiting for a response literally a second later.
So unprofessional, so impolite, so improper. I am blown away at this level of poor customer care. Why should it be this difficult to get in touch with anyone and when I do to be treated in such a manner?
The products themselves contain ingredients I cannot recommend. What I can recommend is researching them thoroughly.
