Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS 

- All discounted orders are final sale

- Orders received after Friday at 3:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following business day which is Monday unless Monday is a national holiday.

 

SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post  Therefore we require a shipping address that is deliverable by either Carrier.  We do ship to PO Boxes. If an order is returned to us because no one was present at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

All orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next business day. (Example: Orders placed at 1 PM on a Friday, will not ship out until Monday.) We are closed weekends. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. Most orders should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from your ship date.

In the event an item is unavailable you will be notified by phone and/or email and the unavailable item will be automatically refunded to your account.  The remainder of the order will be billed and shipped.  Unavailable items will not be placed on backorder.

Returns & Replacements

All discounted orders are final sale

Merchandise returns for damages, refund or exchange must be made within 15 days of date of delivery.  All sales after the 15 day period are FINAL. Unless merchandise is received defective, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned open products.

Please follow the steps you will receive to place your claim.
All the notifications (status, amount due, etc) will be sent to your email when your claim is processed.

Shipping costs for any returns and exchanges will not be reimbursed. If there was a shipping error or product damage we will provide a return shipping label. We will not exchange items that have been opened or used.

  

If your country is not listed as a shipping country, you may contact us so we can add the ship to destination.

Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to assure that the products being shipped to you are allowed to be shipped to the country of destination. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of the entire order. 

You are responsible for all Taxes and fees that may be applied by customs.

Refusing to pay any taxes or fees associated with your shipment will result in a return of your package in which, we will only give a refund for the items shipped and not the shipping cost.

We have the right to reject and cancel an order without notice. Any order that is highlighted on our fraudulent verification system will be canceled automatically without notice. 

There are absolutely no exchanges or returns for international orders or discounted orders. 

All international orders must be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address.

If you require any additional information or have any questions in regards to shipping internationally, please contact us and we will answer any questions or concerns you may have. 

PLEASE NOTE: It is up to you to determine whether your country allows the product you are purchasing. Packages that are returned due to customs inability to accept the package into the country shipping charges and 10% handling fee  will not be refunded. If the package is not returned, the entire order will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to assure that the destination country is able to accept the products that you are purchasing.

At Mitchell Cosmetics Distribution our number one priority its to make our costumer happy, but as any other company every now and then we have issues,

If by any means you never received your package or you believe your package was lost, Mitchell Cosmetics Distribution will provide you with help following these steps.

 

1)      Contact us at customerservice@canadamitchell.com  (10-15 days since your package was sent)

2)      Our company will open a claim with the shipping company to find out what happened with your package 

3)      Once the claim has been made, it takes up to 5 days for updated information from your package from UPS or USPS.

4)      As soon as  he investigation has been solved  and the final decision about package has been reported to us, our company will make the go ahead and refund you or resend the package after contact you.

5)      You will receive an email with the update status of your claim after every step.

 

PHONE ORDERS:

Phone orders under $99.00 will be charged an extra $5.00 handling fee:
If you place an order over the phone, there will be an extra $5.00 added to your order (orders under $99.00 only) because if you place order by phone, it makes confuse many things us with some misunderstand problem (Somebody say that I said correct but you wrote wrong and complaint too much even nobody know who did that mistake.) and it takes a lot of time for your phone order. --- But we welcome your call for any some questions.

if you receive your items defective or damaged, promptly contact us at lizette@mitchellbrands.com with details of the product and the defect, please include pictures of the items and packages as they were received. Upon receipt of the email with the required information, we will examine your case and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. Please note that returns and exchanges can only be done within the first 15 days after receiving the merchandise.
